Michelle Mach Button Swap

Today is the reveal for the Michelle Mach Button Swap.  I received my buttons from Mary at MK Creative Musings.  This is what she sent.  They are vintage and a favorite of hers.

This is what I decided to make.  The large button is on a polymer clay button that I made, and will be used on a purse that I am making.  The smaller buttons I made into earrings on my handmade copper earwires and jumprings.

Scroll down for the list of participants in the Button Hop.  If you visit a blog please leave a comment and you will be entered in the drawing for a giveaway of buttons.  Thanks for supporting the Artists.

Very pretty buttons. I like the dainty earrings, and you will have to post the finished purse - would love to see it :-)

The button you put on top of your own button...brilliant! That's going to make a wonderful accent for your purse :-)

I adore those simple button earrings!! Outstanding use of them. You've simply highlighted the beauty of the buttons and took nothing away by making them earrings. Wonderful!

I love buttons for earrings (so easy and so fun!). What a great idea to decorate a purse with a button. It would never have occurred to me to do that--that's why I love these blog hops. Everyone is so creative. Thanks for participating in the swap!

Oh, love what you did with the button for the purse. Can't wait to see it. The contrast color between the wire and the buttons is great!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. The purse that I will use the button on will be a birthday gift for my cousin. I knit them using batik cotton instead of yarn. You can see a sample here
