Stella & Dot Business Opportunity

Vintage Modern.

It’s not just a design aesthetic we’re crazy about in our boutique style jewelry line. It’s our point of view.

Named after our grandmothers, Stella & Dot honors that generation of women who crossed oceans, rolled up their sleeves, won the vote, raised children, went off to work in the morning and came home and baked pies in the evening. They did it all with style and grace.

Some things are as old as time and they are beautiful. Offering the very best in personal service. Perfect- we love it. The entrepreneurial spirit in all of us that yearns to control our own destiny. Yes- that’s an American classic.

Times have changed and business models need to change right along with it. We’ve combined the best of direct sales, with the ease of e-commerce and social networking. Women having an opportunity they love more, lucrative and flexible than ever before- now that’s modern.

It's Fun. It's Flexible. It's Easy. It's Rewarding.

We invite you join as a founding Stella & Dot stylist.

Dove Chocolate Discoveries White Chocolate

Dove Chocolate Discoveries Spring Launch included a yummy White Chocolate.  This chocolate is so creamy and good.  Dip your strawberries or cookies in it, make white chocolate mousse, and see many other ideas on my website at www.dove-chocolate-discoveries.com/loretta.

In reading an issue of Martha Stewart magazine I came across an interesting cookie recipe using "White Chocolate".  Here it is.  Enjoy!

Oatmeal Cookies with Dried Apricots and White Chocolate

1 1/2    cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2    cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
8 oz       (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/4        cup granulated sugar
1            cup packed light-brown sugar
1 tsp      salt
1 tsp      pure vanilla extract
2  Lg     eggs
8 oz       White Chocolate, chopped
7 oz       dried apricots, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

1.  Preheat oven to 350 deg.  Mix flour, oatmeal, and baking soda in a medium bowl.  Cream Butter and sugars with a mixer until light and fluffy.  Reduce speed to low.  Add salt, vanilla, and eggs, and beat until well combined, about 1 minute.  Add flour mixture gradually, beating until just combined.  Stir in chocolate and apricots.  Cover, and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.

2.  Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.  Bake until cookies are golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center, 14 to 16 minutes.  Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.  Transfer cookies to a wire rack; let cool.  Cookies will keep, covered, for up to 1 week.

Stella & Dot Mom

Mother's Day will be here before we know it and Stella & Dot has the perfect gift!  Select our beautiful "Mom" charm in either Sterling Silver or 14K gold filled.  You can add this to a chain she already has, or select one of ours.  We have different lengths to choose from.  We also have our Charm Bangle bracelet that she can add this to.

You can also add a birthstone charm for each of her children or grandchildren, or an additional charm that says "love".  This cool thing about this is you can design your own.  Mix and match your metals and charms to make the perfect gift for your Mom.

This can be ordered online at www.stelladot.com/loretta, or call or email me if you need assistance.
